Day one: find your rhythm

Spend the morning in the Old Town, linking Michalská street, the Main Square and the lanes around the Primate’s Palace. Our suggestion is to start with one landmark, then put the map away for a while. Choose lunch somewhere you like the atmosphere rather than crossing town for a single stop.

An afternoon with a view

If you feel like an uphill walk, make your way towards Bratislava Castle. Afterwards, head down towards the Danube and keep the rest of the day flexible. Hills, paving and weather can slow the pace, so treat this as a suggested route rather than a timetable. Check indoor visits separately.

Day two: choose your mood

Continue towards the Blue Church and the Eurovea waterfront, or shorten the route and enjoy a longer breakfast. Before leaving, allow time for luggage and onward transport. Adapt both days to where you are staying and how much walking you enjoy.

Kovee tip: choose one main destination each day. Let the other stops be a bonus.
